1. |
An admission
fee of Rs.25/- is to be paid at the time of admission in
school. |
|
2. |
No tuition
fees will be charged from SC/ST/girls and wards of KVS
employee. |
|
3. |
If more than
one child of the same parent are students of IX, X, XI &
XII of KV, the child in the higher class shall pay full
tuition fee and child in lower class will pay half of the
tuition fee. |
|
4. |
Fees has to
be paid upto the 10th of April, July, October and January. |
|
5. |
Late Payment
on Tuition Fees : Rs.5/- per working day upto 20th of the
month. |
|
6. |
Higher
Contribution on VVN : Rs.5/- per working day but maximum
for 10 days. |
|
7. |
Name Struck
Off :The name of the student is struck off if tuition fee
is not paid upto 20th or VVN is not paid upto 14 working
days reckoning from 10th or / and
if the student is absent
for 10 continuous working days from the Vidyalaya.

8. |
Re-admission
: If case is found genuine, readmission may be granted on
payment of readmission fee of Rs.100/- + due fees + late
payment + higher contribution.

Code Of Conduct For Students
|
|
a) |
The
following acts and conduct on the part of students will
amount to misconduct:
|
i) |
Misbehavior towards teachers or any other employee of
the school. |
|
ii) |
Intentional disturbance of the classes. |
|
iii) |
Absence from classes without the permission of the
teacher / Vice- Principal / Principal |
|
iv) |
Bullying / Intimidation of others. |
|
v) |
Eve-teasing / misbehavior towards girl students.
|
|
vi) |
Damaging / disfiguration of school property.
|
|
vii) |
Propagating a strike / disruption of classes.
|
|
viii) |
Association with banned organization. |
|
ix) |
Propagating communal / caste feeling amongst the
students. |
|
x) |
Joining the physical violence. |
|
xi) |
Disobeying lawful orders of the teacher /
Vice-Principal / Principal. |
|
xii) |
Bringing unauthorized people / articles inside the
school. |
|
xiii) |
Theft / Pilferage of school / students property.
|
|
xiv) |
Any behavior unbecoming of a student. |
|
xv) |
Indulging in acts of moral turpitude. |
|
|
|
|
Withdrawals - Issue
of Leaving Certificate in case of Transfer or in case of
completion of Year.
|
|
At least 3
days notice in writing on a prescribed form is to be given
duly signed by the parent/guardian before withdrawing a
student from the school. |

Medical Facilities
|
|
Medical
Check-up for the students is done twice in a year.
|
|
Leave - Rules
|
A child may
be allowed leave in very special case by the Principal.
The application should be sent to the school on the same
day duly signed by father or guardian. During Test/Exam no
leave will be granted except once in an academic session
on medical ground and a Medical Certificate from an
authorized Medical officer will have to be submitted along
with the leave application.
Long leave on any other ground shall not be allowed
ordinarily except under very special circumstances and at
the risk of the guardian himself/herself. |

Medium of
Instruction and School Timings |
The medium
of instructions, at present, is bilingual. Mathematics and
science are taught through medium of English and Social
Science through medium of both Hindi and English
School Timings for all classes will be from 7:30 A.M to
1:40 P.M in summer and
in Winter 7:55 A.M to 2:10 P.M.
